This is a private world built around honesty, intimacy and lived experience.

I’m Patricia

We work best together when we know each other.

Get to know me beyond a surface level.

I’m Patricia, Barrister trained, Solicitor qualified. 20+ years in rooms, most people never get accessed to: billion-pound infrastructure deals, complex commercial negotiations and high-stake decisions where the wrong clause could cost millions of pounds.

But I’ver never just been a lawyer.

I’ve built businesses. Navigated male-dominated industries. Raised a family. Moved through the world as a Black woman in spaces that weren’t designed with me in mind.

And I’ve learnt that how you negotiate your contracts and how you negotiate your life are not separate things.

I believe that people who understand the terms of a deal, or a relationships, or a room are the ones who leave with what they came for.

I don’t believe in performing. I believe in being prepared.

The people I work with best are curious, direct and serious about what they’re building. They don’t want to be managed. They want real conversations with someone who has seen more than most have and will tell them the truth.

If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

Women Who Don’t Apologise Podcast

Women Who Don't Apologise (WWDA) began as a private reckoning. A series of quiet decisions about how I wanted to live, work and speak. Over time, other women recognised themselves in those conversations.

I've lived many lives: corporate, entrepreneurial, creative and global. I've built businesses, negotiated in rooms most women never see and learnt that success without sovereignty is a different kind of cage.

WWDA is a podcast spoken like a voice note to one woman. Spoken quietly. Listened to deeply. No performance. Just conversations about the things we don't say out loud.

Choose from the topics below to start listening to the WWDA Podcast. And learn about my cultural lens and worldview.

Primary focus: women in leadership, board positions for women, career stagnation, peer network, gatekeeping in business, women over 40 career growth, women over 40 building businesses

Core question: What am I missing that effort, competence and hard work alone can't fix?

Power, Proximity, Business & Career Acceleration
